I do business with the wholesale lending community.  The service I provide is to find highly competitive rates for your qualification level and your particular loan scenario.  I personally originate, process and coordinate your closing (except FHA whcih I have a processor) so when there are questions and communication on your file you can call me personally.

Because of the volitility of the market I choose not to post rates.  Rates can change very quickly from one hour to the next.  If you have a price point for a particular rate, I will inform you of when and if it becomes available.  Calling around from lender to lender sometimes can cost you the difference between the rate you want and the rate you wind up with.  Factors such as credit score, type of property, and occupancy use effect the interest rate.  One size does not fit all  in this lending environment and getting quotes on the phone do not always pan out when the originator does not have all the "facts of the file".
